I use Parliamentary Questions to ask European Commissioners or the European Council about issues affecting constituents - often as a result of letters from constituents in Scotland who want more information on actions at EU level.
I also use them to see what impact some EU policies will have on Scotland and to find out how Scotland can use EU policies to better effect, for example, to obtain funding for projects or to find out how other EU member states are making EU legislation work for them.
