Congratulations To Sakchai Campaign

Scottish National Party MEP Alyn Smith has offered his congratulations to the Shetland campaign to stop the deportation of Sakchai Makao after it won Campaign of the Year at the Scottish Politician of the year awards.
Speaking from Edinburgh Mr Smith said
"The community campaign was incredibly inspiring and they deserve all their success.
"It was a privilege to be able to raise this case in Europe on behalf of the campaign.
"I would like to offer my congratulations to those who organised the campaign, to all those who supported it and to Sakchai himself."
